Who Is Our Client?

Our client is a well-established, high-performing real estate agency in Perth's western suburbs. Known for their strong leadership, well-structured systems, and tight-knit team culture, they’re now on the lookout for a quality Property Manager to join their growing department.

This opportunity has come about due to an internal leadership move and the planned departure of a valued team member. With two experienced VA’s, an Inspections Officer, an Assistant PM, and three Property Managers already in place, they’re ideally looking for someone who can slot in confidently and bring their own strengths to the mix.

They’re open to a strong, experienced Property Manager—or someone capable of stepping into a Head of Department position for the right fit.

About You

• Confident, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused

• Minimum 2 years of Property Management experience

• Comfortable managing a portfolio with solid support

• Strong with systems, communication, and leadership potential

• Looking for a team that values loyalty, contribution, and maturity

• Step into a clean, well-managed portfolio with solid handover

• Supported by 2 x VA’s, an Assistant PM, and Inspections Officer
