About the Role
Working alongside another experienced Property Manager and directly with the business owners, you’ll help manage a well-maintained portfolio of 250 properties. With a strong family-first culture, this agency values balance, communication, and genuine relationships — both within the team and with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Co-manage a residential portfolio of approx. 250 properties.
Provide high-quality service to landlords and tenants across all aspects of property management.
Handle routine inspections, maintenance coordination, lease renewals, entry and exit reports.
Build strong rapport with clients and deliver consistent, clear communication.
Collaborate with your co-property manager and business owners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain accurate records and compliance using PropertyMe software.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in residential property management.
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation.
Great communication and problem-solving skills.
A genuine team player who values trust, support, and shared success.
Experience with PropertyMe software (preferred but not essential).
