As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a well-managed portfolio, ensuring compliance, handling maintenance, and providing exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a clean and organised portfolio of 100 properties
Handle lease renewals, routine inspections, and maintenance coordination
Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants to provide excellent service
Ensure compliance with Queensland rental legislation
Manage arrears, lease agreements, and rental payments
Work closely with a supportive team, including leasing consultants and administrative staff
Utilise industry-leading property management software

About You:
You are a confident and organised Property Manager with a strong knowledge of property management processes and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. You take pride in maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants and thrive in a structured and professional work environment.
Essential Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Property Management
Strong knowledge of Queensland property legislation
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
