Property Manager in Beautiful MOSMAN, $$$ Big Brand Agency, 4 offices

The Property Managers here are more 'Relationship Managers,' and they foster a culture of growth for clients, the business, and most importantly, the staff.


The Role: As a Property Manager, you will manage between 100-200 properties (depending on the portfolio) without the need to handle leasing or new business. Your responsibilities will include in-goings, routines, arrears management, and coordinating repairs and maintenance, with available support. Customer service will be your primary focus, and you will aim to become a trusted advisor. You'll need the confidence to handle various issues and possess excellent negotiation skills. The role is Monday – Friday, with no Saturdays.

About You:

  • Licensed real estate agent with a minimum of 3 years of property management experience.

  • Confident, eager to continue learning, well-presented, and proactive in handling issues.

  • Exceptional time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
