An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a dynamic and well-established agency in Broadbeach. Working within a supportive and professional team, you’ll be responsible for managing a clean and established portfolio, with a mix of residential and some commercial properties.
This is an ideal role for a confident and capable property manager who enjoys variety, autonomy, and a healthy work environment — with the bonus of coastal lifestyle!
About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
Manage a well-maintained residential and small commercial portfolio
Handle all aspects of property management including maintenance, lease renewals, entry/exit inspections, and routine inspections
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople with professionalism and care
Use PropertyTree for all portfolio and task management
Conduct regular rent reviews and ensure properties remain compliant
Work closely with a supportive internal team and collaborate on portfolio improvements
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)
Experience in property management (residential required; commercial experience highly regarded)
Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and industry best practices
Competency in using PropertyTree or similar property management systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A reliable, organised, and proactive approach
A professional attitude and commitment to client service
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
