We’re working with a well-established real estate brand in Aspley that is known for its strong local presence, team culture, and long-term client relationships. They’re now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team and take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio.

What’s on offer:

• $70K–$80K + Super (negotiable based on experience)

• Monday to Friday role – no leasing or BDM duties

• Support from experienced admin & trust accounting teams

• Cloud-based systems and structured internal processes

What you’ll need:

• QLD Certificate of Registration (or full licence)

• Previous experience managing a residential portfolio

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Confidence using property management software

• A proactive and customer-focused approach
