As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee a well-maintained portfolio of no more than 150 properties, ensuring each investor’s financial goals are met. Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse portfolio, ensuring all aspects of tenancies are handled with precision and care.
Enforce a zero-tolerance policy on rent arrears, maintaining confidence and trust with property investors.
Coordinate detailed property inspections and maintenance, providing comprehensive reports to clients.
Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Provide clients with priority access to market intelligence, helping them achieve maximum financial returns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management, with the resilience and work ethic required to excel in this dynamic field.
Knowledge of Ailo (or similar property management software) and a commitment to leveraging technology for efficiency.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with a solution-focused mindset.
A proactive attitude and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism.
A current property management certificate and driver’s licence.
