We're currently looking for two motivated Property Managers to join our clients thriving team a new, modern office in Parramatta. If you enjoy working smarter, not harder, in a high-performing and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

What's on Offer:

• Competitive Salary: $75K+ (negotiable for the right candidate) + Super

• Monthly KPI Bonuses: Approximately $700 – $1,200 per month

• Referral Commissions: Earn extra for new business and sales referrals

• Comprehensive Support: Dedicated admin support teams and new business development

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a tidy, well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties

• Conduct routine inspections, entry condition reports, and vacates (with assistance)

• Work closely with our dedicated Leasing Team—no viewings or application processing required

• Benefit from the Admin Team’s support

• Collaborate seamlessly with the New Business Team

• Maintain excellent relationships with landlords and tenants

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated Property Management experience (essential)

• High attention to detail with proven ability to manage portfolios end-to-end

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

• Current NSW Real Estate Certificate or License (essential)

• Team-oriented individuals who thrive in structured in supportive environments
