Our client, a prestigious and forward-thinking real estate agency, is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Property Manager to join their team. This is a rare opportunity for a motivated professional to excel in a challenging role that offers diversity, stability, and the chance to make a significant impact within the property management sector.


As a Property Manager, you will be entrusted with managing a substantial portfolio of over 350 properties in a collaborative team environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of 350+ properties as part of a cohesive team.

  • Act as the primary liaison, ensuring clear and effective communication.

  • Efficiently coordinate repairs and maintenance to uphold property standards.

  • Manage rental arrears with a proactive and efficient approach.

  • Conduct routine inspections, including entry and exit condition reports.

  • Monitor and report on all property maintenance inspections.

  • Handle rental and leasing enquiries, as well as the leasing of vacant properties.

  • Utilise Console Cloud for effective tenancy management.


Requirements:

  • A strong passion for the real estate and property industry.

  • Demonstrated excellence in property management with a keen eye for detail.

  • Outstanding time management skills with a customer-focused, task-driven approach.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

  • Driven to achieve goals and assist in growing the property portfolio.

  • Proficiency in using Console Cloud is essential.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (QLD)

  • Valid Driver’s License
