Property Manager / Property Officer

Location: Rooty Hill, Western Sydney

Salary: $70 - $85K + Super

We’re currently seeking a Property Manager / Property Officer to join a well-established, fast-paced agency in Rooty Hill. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in managing residential portfolios and who is ready to step into a new challenge with the support of a dedicated admin team.

If you’ve previously managed 150+ properties, enjoy client relationships, and are confident handling day-to-day property management duties, this could be your perfect next move.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a residential portfolio with support from the internal team

• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, tenant communications, and lease renewals

• Monitor and manage arrears, maintenance requests, and routine inspections

• Liaise with landlords to deliver exceptional service and regular updates

• Attend NCAT hearings as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Property Management

• Demonstrated experience managing portfolios of at least 150 properties

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Familiarity with PropertyMe or similar systems

• Reliable car and valid driver’s licence
