Property Manager / Business Development Manager (BDM) RYDE OTE $300k

With a strong pipeline of investor clients and growth opportunities, we are seeking a results-driven Property Manager / BDM to take the lead on portfolio growth and client engagement.

The Role:This is not your average property management BDM role. We are looking for a strategic, motivated, and proven performer who can hit the ground running and drive the growth of our rent roll. You will combine operational property management excellence with a proactive business development mindset, playing a critical role in the expansion and success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a premium portfolio of residential properties with professionalism and care.

• Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.

• Convert appraisals into listings and build lasting relationships with landlords.

• Provide market insights, rental appraisals, and property investment advice.

• Ensure a high standard of communication and service with both landlords and tenants.

• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in property management and/or real estate business development.

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs and targets.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Deep understanding of the Sydney rental market, particularly the Ryde and surrounding areas.

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (NSW).

• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
