About the Role
As a Property Management Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the property management department.
Tenant and Landlord Communication: Serve as a point of contact for tenants and landlords, addressing inquiries and providing updates as needed.
Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Lease Documentation: Assist in preparing and managing lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
Property Inspections: Coordinate routine property inspections and help document findings for property managers.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the property management software system, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in a property management or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a small team and contribute to a positive office environment.
