About the Role
As a Property Management Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Tenant and Landlord Communication: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with tenants and landlords, addressing inquiries and providing updates as needed.
Administrative Support: Manage documentation related to leases, inspections, and property records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintenance Coordination: Help coordinate maintenance requests, liaising with contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Inspections and Reporting: Participate in routine property inspections and assist in preparing detailed reports.
Leasing Support: Aid in the leasing process, including advertising properties, conducting open homes, and processing applications.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 12 to 18 months of experience in real estate, preferably in a property management capacity.
Qualifications: A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence.
Skills: Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with excellent communication skills.
