About the Role
As the Property Investment Portfolio Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries to foster long-term relationships.
Property Value Assessments: Offer informed feedback on market trends and property values to assist clients in making strategic investment decisions.
Leasing Activities: Conduct property viewings and manage the leasing process to ensure high occupancy rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team handling routine tasks such as maintenance, inspections, and tenancy agreements, allowing you to focus on client-facing responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in property management or a related field, with a focus on client services.
Licensing: A current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport with clients.
Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Brisbane property market, particularly in investment and rental sectors.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client relationships and property assessments efficiently.
