What’s the Role?

As Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing and coordinating the preparation and sale of new developments and property projects—helping the agency scale into this fast-growing market segment.

You’ll work alongside Directors and high-performing agents to ensure every step, from project launch to client handover, is executed with professionalism and precision.

About You

• You have experience in property development, off-the-plan sales, or project marketing

• You’re organised, detail-focused, and confident managing timelines, stakeholders, and moving parts

• You enjoy working autonomously but thrive in a collaborative team environment

• You’re excited by the idea of building a new arm of the business and shaping how it runs

• You're aligned with a premium service approach and value strong branding and quality presentation
