About the Role:


As our Personal Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our client's top performing real estate agent’s daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for a wide range of tasks, from managing schedules to handling client communications. Your attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will be key to our success!


Key Responsibilities:


  • Schedule Management - Co-ordinate and maintain the agent’s calendar, arrange meetings, and manage appointments with precision.

  • Client Interaction - Handle correspondence, follow up with clients, and ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

  • Administrative Support - Organize paperwork, prepare reports, and assist with transaction processes to keep everything on track.

  • Marketing Assistance - Help create engaging property listings, manage social media profiles, and support marketing campaigns for prime real estate listings on the beautiful Gold Coast.

  • Data Management - Maintain and update client databases, track leads, and generate reports to facilitate decision-making.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Strong Organizational Skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent Communication - Professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional Presentation - You will be client facing, so key will be to present yourself professionally and ensure brand standards are met.

  • Tech-Savvy - Proficiency with office software, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

  • Attention to Detail - Meticulous in handling paperwork and client information.

  • Team Player - Collaborative attitude with a positive and proactive approach.
