On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a driven and motivated Sales Associate to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced agent in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Our client is seeking someone ready to dive into the real estate world, build meaningful relationships, and make an impact. In this role, you’ll be supporting a high-performing agent, helping free up their time while gaining invaluable hands-on experience in sales.
Real estate is a challenging industry, but for those with the drive and determination to succeed, the rewards can be life changing.
Responsibilities:
Strive for at least 20 meaningful conversations daily to build connections and uncover opportunities.
Add at least five new contacts per day to the client database and nurture relationships with existing clients.
By month two, you’ll be setting appraisals and generating leads.
Supporting marketing efforts by conducting letterbox drops (no door knocking required) to create brand awareness.
Assist with inspections and have meaningful conversations to build trust.
Reach out to leads and create opportunities.
Requirements:
Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and fostering connections.
A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a drive to succeed.
Whether you’re starting fresh or making a career change, stability and focus are key.
This role is not a casual job—it’s a chance to build a career in an industry that rewards hard work.

$25 per hour to start, increasing to $30 per hour after three months based on performance.
