Key Responsibilities:

Effectively manage a well-maintained residential portfolio from end-to-end.
Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit reports, and coordinate property maintenance.
Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional service.
Address tenant inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring high tenant retention and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Residential Property Management.
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English, with strong communication skills.
Proven track record in handling tenant and landlord relationships professionally.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Current NSW Real Estate Certificate or License.
