This office is highly respected in the local marketplace, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join this team as an Executive Assistant . You will work alongside the principal and his team in the beautiful Byron Bay area.


About the Role

This is a full-time position within a collaborative team environment. Your primary focus will be assisting the senior agent with all team listings and providing sales administration support. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the team and deliver outstanding experiences for vendors and purchasers.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage agents’ clients from pre-listing through to settlement

  • Coordinate and attend property marketing appointments and photoshoots

  • Liaise with internal and external parties, including vendors, buyers, and solicitors

  • Assist with coordinating exchanges and settlements

  • Handle property preparation, administration, and marketing from appraisal to settlement

  • Manage all marketing and social media content

  • Provide team management and support

  • Execute ad hoc projects and tasks as required


Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the real estate industry

  • A current real estate licence or certificate of registration

  • A current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle

  • Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team

  • Experienced with MS Office, Google Suite, Canva, PDF Editor, Agentbox CRM, or similar systems
