The Role
As a Leasing Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
✔ Identifying and securing leasing opportunities for commercial properties
✔ Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
✔ Negotiating lease agreements and facilitating successful transactions
✔ Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
✔ Prospecting for new business and expanding our client base
✔ Providing expert advice to clients on commercial leasing strategies
What We’re Looking For
✔ A driven and proactive sales professional with a passion for real estate
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Minimum 2 years experience in commercial leasing or sales
✔ A customer-focused approach and the ability to build lasting relationships
✔ A current real estate license
✔ A team player who thrives in a high-energy environment
