Leasing Manager – Inner East Brisbane $65K + Super + Monthly Commissions | Leading Real Estate Agency

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Leasing Manager to take the lead in a fast-paced, high-performing inner east Brisbane agency. With a portfolio of over 1,400 properties and a dedicated leasing team to support you, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, communication, and delivering results.

You’ll play a pivotal role in managing the leasing process, mentoring the Leasing Consultant, and ensuring our landlords receive the highest level of service. With a strong monthly relet commission structure (averaging around $900/month), this is a rewarding opportunity for a confident and tech-savvy professional.

The Role

Manage the end-to-end leasing process across a portfolio of 1,400+ properties
Oversee and mentor the Leasing Consultant to maintain high performance and consistency
Deliver written and verbal feedback reports to property owners
Monitor and report on leasing KPIs, including vacancy and relet targets
Work closely with the BDM team to ensure a seamless experience for new clients
Use IRE to manage enquiries, inspections, and application flow
Ensure leasing procedures meet compliance and company standards
Be available to work Saturdays as required, based on volume of vacant properties
Utilise the office car to conduct inspections and appointments as needed

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in residential leasing (essential)
Prior leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
Strong working knowledge of IRE (essential)
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing high volumes
Tech-savvy and comfortable using property management systems and apps
Vibrant, energetic personality with a passion for property
Availability to work occasional Saturdays depending on workload
Valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration and Driver’s Licence
