As our new Leasing Consultant, you’ll be supported with full training, access to a company car (when available), and a clear path for career progression within the business. If you’re energetic, eager to learn, and passionate about real estate, we want to hear from you.

The Role

Conduct leasing inspections on a range of quality rental properties
Coordinate and communicate with prospective tenants
Support the application and approval process
Work closely with the property management team to ensure seamless leasing experiences
Represent the agency with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong customer focus

What We’re Looking For

Energetic and vibrant personality with a strong willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Leasing experience is favourable but not essential
Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain)
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (access to company car provided when available)
Must be available to work Tuesday to Saturday
