About the Role
This is a varied role that will evolve depending on your strengths. Whether you’re an experienced Leasing Consultant ready to take on more or a Property Manager looking for a change of pace in a more supportive environment, there’s room to shape this role to suit your career goals.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit PM team and have access to outsourced admin support, strong internal systems and a leadership team that genuinely wants you to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating and conducting property viewings and home opens
Processing applications and managing leasing documentation
Supporting tenant onboarding and communications
Assisting with inspections, maintenance and compliance as needed
Providing support to the PM team as the portfolio grows
What You’ll Bring
Prior experience in leasing or property management
Current PM registration or willingness to obtain
Reliable car and valid driver’s license
Confident communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a close team
