About the Role

As a Property Manager, you’ll take charge of a well-maintained portfolio in the Hope Island area and surrounds. You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable team and work under a leadership that understands the importance of balance and recognition.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting and overseeing property inspections (routine, entry, exit, and open homes)

• Lease renewals and negotiations

• Processing tenancy applications as required

• Communicating effectively with landlords and tenants

• Coordinating property maintenance

• Providing general office support (emails, phone calls, admin)

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• Full Australian working rights

• Current Real Estate Registration (essential)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management (highly preferred)

• Unrestricted driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
