Are you an enthusiastic property professional with 12+ months of experience looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager to join this friendly and supportive team in Pacific Pines on the beautiful Gold Coast.

About the Role: You’ll be stepping into a well-maintained portfolio of 80 residential properties, with the opportunity to take on more as you become confident and settled in your role. We believe in sustainable growth and are excited to expand the portfolio alongside the right person.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a property management role

• A positive, team-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)

• Valid driver's licence – company car provided for work use

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• A desire for long-term stability and career growth
