About the Role:
Develop and expand your client portfolio within the vibrant Everton Park area, offering tailored property solutions to meet diverse needs.
Conduct property appraisals, open homes, and private inspections, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.
Manage the full sales process, from listing to settlement, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Collaborate with the agency’s marketing and administrative support teams to enhance property visibility and streamline your workflow.
Stay up-to-date with local market trends, providing clients with expert advice and insights to guide their decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 12 months of real estate sales experience.
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate.
Proven ability to close deals, with strong negotiation skills and a focus on building lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about real estate sales.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
Willingness to work weekends and adapt to the flexible hours required in a commission-only role.
