Placed Australia have an exciting opportunity for an up-and-coming Property Manager to join a newly established Real Estate Agency in the prospering suburb of Gregory Hills. Here you will get to grow your skills organically, whilst increasing the Property Portfolio at the same time. Challenge accepted?


The Agency Principal has been managing the property portfolio for the past seven months and is looking to hand over the reins to a dedicated Property Manager to further develop and grow the current small (approx. 20) Property Portfolio. Whether you're new to the role or bring experience, if you have a solid understanding of property management and meet the key requirements, we want to hear from you!



Key Requirements:

  • Non-negotiables: High level of attention to detail, broad knowledge of a Real Estate Property Manager Role, Passionate in growing the portfolio and a deep understanding of the importance of client relationships

  • Go-Getter Attitude: Confident in liaising with clients and managing tenants, including conflict resolution

  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable and clean car.

  • Professional Presentation: Well-presented appearance at all times. After all, you are a representation of the Agency!

  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written skills.

  • Structure: Planning is key. To excel in this role will require time management and the ability to multi-task


Role Overview:

  • 360-Degree Role: Full spectrum property management responsibilities.

  • Portfolio Management: Currently managing a small portfolio of 20 properties with plans to expand to 50+ properties in the coming months.

  • Client Interaction: Confidently liaise with clients and manage tenant relationships.

  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections.

  • Complaint Handling: Address and resolve tenant complaints efficiently.

  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with legal standards.

  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various admin tasks related to property management.

  • Dispute Resolution: Handle and resolve disputes between tenants and landlords.

  • Advertising: Manage property advertising and listings.
