This role is ideal for a Senior Property Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding service. With dedicated support for leasing, administration, and accounts, you’ll be able to focus on managing your portfolio effectively without being overwhelmed.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties

  • Conducting routine inspections and coordinating maintenance requests

  • Providing clear and professional communication with landlords and tenants

  • Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, and ensuring compliance with tenancy laws

  • Working closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery


About You
