We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Associate to join our high-performing real estate team in the heart of Springfield—Australia’s largest master-planned suburb and one of the fastest-growing regions in the country.

What You’ll Be Doing
Building and nurturing client relationships across a diverse portfolio of properties
Conducting appraisals, listing presentations, open homes, and private inspections
Negotiating sales and delivering outstanding results for both vendors and buyers
Managing client communications and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the buying/selling process
Collaborating with a professional, high-energy team that values integrity, innovation, and local knowledge
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in residential property sales
A current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
A deep understanding of the Springfield area and its unique growth trajectory
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client service
Tech-savvy, organised, and self-motivated with excellent follow-up and communication skills
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
