About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Support the lead agent with day-to-day sales activities, including listing preparation, buyer follow-up, and client care

• Assist with prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management

• Conduct open homes, private inspections, and coordinate feedback with buyers and vendors

• Prepare marketing materials, listing kits, and sales documentation

• Build strong relationships with local buyers and sellers in the Coorparoo area

• Learn from a high-performing agent and gain the skills to step into a future sales agent role

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Licence)

• Previous experience in a sales associate or sales support role (minimum 12 months preferred)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A driven, proactive mindset with the ambition to grow into a lead agent role

• Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team

• Knowledge of the Coorparoo market or surrounding areas is advantageous

• A professional presentation and a client-first approach
