Your Role
Assist in all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to contract execution.
Conduct buyer call-backs, door knocking, and letterbox drops to generate leads.
Attend open homes, private inspections, and listing presentations.
Manage CRM databases, follow up on inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.
Support the lead agent in negotiating deals and coordinating transactions.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 12 months experience as a Sales Associate in a high-volume real estate office.
A current Real Estate Sales Certificate.
A hunger for success, a strong work ethic, and a drive to become a top agent.
Confidence in prospecting and lead generation.
A team player with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
