About the Role

As an experienced Sales Agent, you will:

• Manage and grow your pipeline within the dynamic Surfers Paradise and surrounding markets

• Leverage your proven track record to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

• Offer tailored, strategic advice to buyers and sellers, positioning yourself as the go-to agent for premium service and local insight

What We’re Looking For

• A current QLD Real Estate Licence with a minimum $300K GCI track record

• Demonstrated success in residential property sales within the Gold Coast market

• A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and outcomes

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, coupled with professional integrity

• A driven, self-motivated approach and an appetite for growth and achievement
