The Role:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, buyers, and investors in the Parramatta region.
Manage the complete sales cycle from property appraisals and listings through to negotiations and final settlements.
Create and execute strategic sales and marketing plans tailored to client needs.
Provide expert market insights and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 years of proven real estate sales experience.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Highly driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Current NSW Real Estate License or Registration (Essential!).
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
