The Role

List and sell residential unit stock in Broadbeach and surrounding suburbs
Leverage strong walk-in traffic and brand presence from the agency’s high-exposure location
Manage your own listings while enjoying the support of an experienced local team
Work with motivated sellers and buyers in a fast-paced, coastal marketplace
Contribute to a team that celebrates individual and group success

What We’re Looking For

A proven performer with experience in residential sales
Strong knowledge of the local unit market (Broadbeach focus highly desirable)
Confident communicator with a client-first attitude
Self-driven and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
Strong local connections and personal brand is a bonus
