This is an excellent opportunity for driven professionals with at least 12 months of real estate sales experience to further their careers in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across vibrant North Brisbane neighbourhoods.
Conduct property appraisals, open homes, and private inspections, ensuring top-tier service and client satisfaction.
Negotiate and finalise sales, consistently achieving or exceeding set targets.
Collaborate with the agency's marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies that maximise property exposure.
Stay up-to-date with local market trends and provide clients with expert advice and insights.
Requirements:
A minimum of 12 months of real estate sales experience.
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and build strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about real estate.
A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
Flexibility to work weekends and outside standard business hours as needed.
