We’re seeking a talented Real Estate Sales Associate on behalf of a leading agency in Everton Park, Brisbane. If you have at least 12 months of Real Estate sales experience and are eager to make your mark in a thriving market, this opportunity could be just what you’re looking for.
Role Responsibilities:
Build and manage a client portfolio in the vibrant Everton Park area, offering tailored property services.
Conduct property appraisals, open homes, and private inspections, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Drive the sales process from listing through to settlement, consistently meeting or exceeding your targets.
Collaborate with the agency’s marketing team to enhance property visibility and attract potential buyers.
Stay informed on local market conditions and provide clients with expert guidance based on current trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 12 months of Real Estate sales experience.
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate.
Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships.
High level of self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed in the real estate industry.
A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to the demands of the role.
