Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted client relationships throughout the sales journey
Conduct property appraisals, manage listings, and drive successful negotiations
Proactively generate leads and secure new listings
Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate sales, ideally in the local Sydney market
Proven track record with $150K+ GCI
Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about property
Valid NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
