This position is perfect for an experienced agent with a proven sales record (ideally $300K+ GCI) who wants to align with a company that prioritises trust, integrity, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and the local community
Conduct appraisals, list and market properties, and negotiate successful sales
Generate new leads and maintain an active prospecting strategy
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared and individual goals
Keep up-to-date with market movements and local trends
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential real estate sales
A consistent track record (ideally $300K+ GCI)
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building trust
Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Passionate about property and committed to delivering a high-quality client experience
Valid NSW Real Estate Licence
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
