What’s the Job?
This is a hands-on selling role supported by:
A full-time marketing manager
Dedicated operations support
Robust in-house training
And best of all… a lead gen system that actually delivers, with quality leads handed to you directly by the agency’s director (who no longer sells)
You’ll focus on what you do best—working with clients, closing deals, and building relationships—without having to spin all the plates solo.
About You
You’re experienced, capable, and ready to elevate your performance
You’ve hit a ceiling or burnt out in your current role from lack of support
You’re still passionate about selling, but don’t want to manage everything yourself
You’re seeking a more sustainable way to perform at a high level
