Location: Southern Suburbs of Brisbane

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, with overtime options available on Saturdays

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our client's busy sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes and providing exceptional customer service to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.

  • Saturdays and fortnightly Wednesday over-time to assist Sales team with contract completion for Auctions.

  • Coordinate property listings, including uploading and maintaining property details on various platforms.

  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and campaigns.

  • Handle client enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Maintain and update client databases and records.

  • Organise and coordinate meetings, inspections, and events.

  • Assist with contract preparation and documentation.

  • Perform general office duties as required.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., CRM systems).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work overtime on Saturdays when required.

  • A proactive and positive attitude.

  • QLD Real Estate license or Certificate IV is of preference.
