Experienced: You have 3-5 years of property management experience and are familiar with the demands of the role.
Certified: You hold a current Certificate of Registration or License.
Driven: You have a great attitude and are committed to property management as a long-term career.
Local Knowledge: You possess strong local knowledge, ensuring you understand the market and community needs.
Independent: You’re self-sufficient with the ability to manage a large portfolio while leading a small support team.
Prepared: You have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 200 properties, ensuring the highest level of service to both landlords and tenants. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a supportive team.
