About the Role
This is not a traditional end-to-end Property Management role. You’ll be supported by a specialised team that includes leasing consultants, administrative staff, and accounts, allowing you to focus on key PM functions and client relationship management. You’ll manage a well-maintained residential portfolio and be a valued part of a collaborative and high-achieving team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of residential properties with a focus on delivering high-quality service
Coordinating routine inspections, maintenance requests, and VCAT preparation where necessary
Communicating effectively with landlords and tenants to maintain positive relationships
Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and compliance with residential tenancy legislation
Collaborating with internal support teams to streamline workflows and reduce administrative load
About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced and motivated Property Manager who enjoys working in a team-focused environment. You’ll bring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to your work, with the ability to manage your portfolio efficiently and professionally.
Key qualities we’re looking for include:
Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in residential property management.
Strong knowledge of Victoria’s tenancy laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
A positive, client-focused approach with a strong attention to detail.
A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
