Experienced Property Manager – Sippy Downs, Sunshine Coast $75K + Super | Monday to Friday | 9am – 5pm | Immediate Start Available

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to take over and run an established portfolio of residential units in the heart of Sippy Downs.

This is a rare chance to manage a well-contained portfolio of 135 properties, all located within walking distance of the office. The role is based within one of the buildings you’ll be managing, offering ultimate convenience and ease of access.

We’re looking for someone who is confident managing end-to-end property management tasks and can hit the ground running. You’ll be supported by a professional team but will need to take full ownership of your portfolio from day one.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of 135 residential units across 7 buildings, all within the same street

• End-to-end property management including routines, maintenance, entry/exit inspections, lease renewals, and arrears

• Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople

• Maintain compliance with legislation and agency standards

• Work autonomously while being part of a close-knit and supportive team

• Based onsite in one of the buildings you manage

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Property Manager (minimum 2+ years)

• Ability to manage a portfolio independently and confidently

• Strong knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with property management software (PropertyMe experience desirable)

• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration

• Valid driver’s licence
