What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Property Manager role

• Strong understanding of QLD tenancy legislation and procedures

• Confidence managing a residential portfolio end-to-end

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

• Organised, detail-focused and reliable under pressure

• Experience with PropertyMe or similar software preferred

• Current QLD Certificate or Real Estate Licence and driver’s licence
