You’ll Need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a residential portfolio end-to-end

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Confidence handling maintenance, lease renewals, arrears and routine inspections

• Strong time management and task organisation

• Familiarity with PropertyMe or similar platforms

• QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence and valid driver’s licence
