The Role:

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing a varied portfolio of residential properties

• Conducting routine property inspections and coordinating maintenance

• Managing repair requests and liaising with tradespeople

• Handling rent collections, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements

• Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants

• Offering valuable advice to clients to maximise their property investments

About You:

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and experienced Property Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of the property management landscape. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year  experience in property management

• A current NSW driver’s license and your own vehicle

• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills

• A client-focused approach and the ability to build lasting relationships

• A positive, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset
