About the Role:
As Operations Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate, optimize, and expand each division within the agency. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our business, ensuring every department is running efficiently while driving overall growth and profitability. You will have the autonomy to pull apart our existing processes, systems, and teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Expansion: Analyse the agency’s current operations across all divisions and design a strategic roadmap for growth, with a focus on increasing revenue and scaling the business.
Operational Optimization: Break down and rebuild processes within each department to maximize efficiency and performance.
Leadership & Team Development: Work with department heads to strengthen team structures, improve processes, and enhance performance across sales, property management, marketing, and administration.
Performance Metrics: Set and track KPIs across all areas of the business, ensuring that every division is working toward measurable growth.
Innovation & Process Improvement: Introduce new systems, tools, and strategies to streamline workflows and improve client services.
What You Bring:
Extensive experience in Operations Management, within the real estate industry.
A proven track record in scaling businesses, identifying growth opportunities, and leading successful expansion efforts.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams across different departments.
A strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture, while also being hands-on in the implementation of solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and department heads to align on goals and strategies.

Competitive base salary between $180-350k, plus performance-based bonuses.
