Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee premium properties and ensure they consistently meet high operational standards. You will play a critical role in maintaining asset integrity, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational performance of properties, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory standards, and sustainability targets.

• Oversee scheduled and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and appearance of facilities.

• Coordinate with contractors and service providers, managing relationships and contracts effectively.

• Budget management and reporting, identifying opportunities for cost efficiency and improvement.

• Provide leadership and direction to facilities teams, fostering a culture of excellence and proactive management.

• Act as the key point of contact for tenants and stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring superior service delivery.
  

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally within Real Estate Asset and Facilities Management or similar industries.

• Strong technical knowledge of property management systems, compliance frameworks, and sustainability practices.

• Proven track record in managing complex operational issues and delivering high quality outcomes.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or related fields.
