Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee premium properties and ensure they consistently meet high operational standards. You will play a critical role in maintaining asset integrity, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the operational performance of properties, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory standards, and sustainability targets.
Oversee scheduled and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and appearance of facilities.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers, managing relationships and contracts effectively.
Budget management and reporting, identifying opportunities for cost efficiency and improvement.
Provide leadership and direction to facilities teams, fostering a culture of excellence and proactive management.
Act as the key point of contact for tenants and stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring superior service delivery.
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally within Real Estate Asset and Facilities Management or similar industries.
Strong technical knowledge of property management systems, compliance frameworks, and sustainability practices.
Proven track record in managing complex operational issues and delivering high quality outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or related fields.
