We’re looking for a experienced, motivated and energetic Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent who’s passionate knowledgable about industrial property and eager to grow within the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Conducting by-appointment inspections with potential tenants and buyers
Managing key admin tasks and keeping internal systems and databases updated
Prospecting for new business and generating leads through strategic canvassing
Supporting the listing process: paperwork, property measurements, photography, and compelling listing copy
Coordinating with other agents and liaising with clients
Preparing standout marketing proposals and managing marketing campaigns, including signage, brochures, web listings, and email promotions
