Salary: $70k - $80k plus super (depending on experience)

About You:
You hold a valid Real Estate Certificate.
You’re experienced in property management and can confidently handle a portfolio of 150 properties.
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and have a proactive approach to your work.
You’re proficient in property management software such as Property Me, Property Tree, CRMs, and other relevant tools.
You’re passionate about the real estate industry and committed to providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage your time effectively.
You’re a problem solver with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a portfolio of 150 properties, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
Conduct regular property inspections, manage maintenance requests, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Liaise with landlords and tenants, providing clear and effective communication.
Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management.
Maintain accurate records and utilise property management software effectively.
